Rode out to the barn this morning and took some pics along the trip. Not exceptional, but share worthy. :-)

Almost home, and the last leg of the trip, I have to go uphill, bummer!

New desk setup of home office makes for better blogging. Well, in a roundabout way. Makes for a happier blogger, thus better blogging. Who cares? Here's my new setup so I don't have to wrench all the way around to view the t.v. when something catches my ear. Lazy much? Yes.

I love the layout and style of this new blog of mine, but I need more content. I haven't gotten out lately to take pics to add to my beauty of blog, so I'll just throw in some archive junk from my 'pics' file. This is just a quickie video I took to send to my friend Chris, when I was testing our new webcam. Don't get me wrong, I don't consider this 'beauty', it's just for fun and sharing. Once again, the hamster is spinning on his little wheel upstairs and I can't stop the draining creation. Ha ha, I make too much of it. By the way, in case you haven't heard the expression, the hamster spinning on his wheel implies my brain running fast.

A great blog name popped into my head and so I checked to see if it was taken and voila!
I need to put this blog name to good purpose, so I plan to use it as a platform to post photography. I have always loved photography and now I have a dedicated website to a wee little hobby. Got myself our first digital camera last year, day after Thanksgiving, so here we go.

For my first pic on this blog, I chose this sunrise picture of 'Foxxy' our Arabian-Paint mare. Shot with Sony Cyber-shot Carl Zeiss lens 7.2 mega pixels. Nice inexpensive handy little digital cam.

OK, just in case you are wondering why beauty of blog popped into my noggin, my daughter was hovering over me while I was preparing for an entirely different post on my Falcon Says blog and she said, "huh? Why are you looking up that?" I let her know, it was something I saw on 'Intervention' last night on t.v. and I wanted to blog about it. I added, "That's the beauty of blogging. You write about whatever you want." aha! Beauty of blogging was/is available too, but I am a stickler for less is more. My way just sounds better, ha ha.
